We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help drive transformation that enables evidence-based decision making throughout the organisation. You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the council’s corporate Data Strategy and working with our core technology platform; Microsoft Fabric.  

Who we are looking for… 

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in data analytics, with a strong foundation in data modelling and advanced proficiency in SQL
• Proven experience in developing reports, dashboards and visualisations using PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Expertise in data preparation, ensuring that data is accurate and primed for use across the organisation.
• Skills in data system orchestration, with the ability to manage data pipelines and workflows
• Knowledge of ETL processes, and a proactive approach to enhancing data operations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and translate data into meaningful insights.
